Plaintiff, a minor, suing by his next friend, brought this action in the Circuit Court of Randolph County for damages for personal injuries caused by a truck of defendants in Hannibal in Marion County. Defendants are copartners and are engaged in the produce business in Hannibal and also in Moberly, Randolph County. There was judgment for defendants, and plaintiff's motion for a new trial having been overruled, he appealed. The damages claimed fix our jurisdiction.
