This action was begun in the district court of Murray county, Okla., by Harry H. Iman, to recover the sum of $372.17, alleged to be due Mr. Iman from AVilliam J. Scott for work and labor performed by Iman for Mr. Scott in the drilling of a well, and to foreclose a lien on certain real estate and a well-drilling rig, and to have the property on which a lien was -claimed ordered -sold and -the proceeds de rived therefrom applied to -the payment of said sum.
