Two of the appellees (defendants below) are executrices of the estate of Arthur Conn, who was the owner and operator of an airplane which crashed to the earth. The appellant’s (plaintiff’s) decedent and the defendant executrices’ decedent were instantly killed in the accident. The appellee (defendant) corporation was the manufacturer and seller of the airplane to appellee (defendant) executrices’ decedent, Conn.
