The defendant, Norden Systems, Inc., appeals from the judgment of liability and award of damages, rendered after a jury trial, for breach of an implied employment contract. On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court improperly denied its motion to set aside the verdict and denied, in part, its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
