The defendant in this paternity action, Richard E. Gray, appeals from the decision of the trial *22court setting aside the jury’s verdict and ordering a new trial. We find no error.
The record discloses the following. The plaintiff, Laurie Palomba, and the defendant met in the summer of 1975 when the plaintiff was thirteen years old and the defendant was fifteen years old.
