The appellants, Samuel Fagan and Paula Fagan, his wife, filed their bill in the circuit court of Cook county seeking specific performance of a contract entered into between them and the appellees, Abraham Rootberg and Becky Root-berg, his wife, for the sale of a certain apartment house in the city of Chicago for the sum of $128,000.
