The defendant in error, Maria P. Barnes, filed her bill in the circuit court of Cook county against the plaintiff in error, administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Erastus A. Barnes, who was a brother of the complainant, for an accounting of moneys and securities claimed to have been entrusted by the complainant to her brother for investment and safe keeping.
