This is a writ of error sued out of this court on March 5, 1927, to review a decree of the circuit court of Cook county entered on March 11, 1925, dismissing plaintiff in error’s bill for want of equity. The bill was filed to enforce specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate, entered into between plaintiff in error and defendant in error Briggs & Turivas, a corporation. The original bill was filed against Briggs & Turivas and John L. Hopkins as the signers of the contract.
