Plaintiff Stacy Jones brings this civil rights action against defendants U-Haul Co. of Massachusetts and Ohio Inc. (“U-Haul”), Dean Haske (“Haske”), and Roberta Tucker (“Tucker”) (collectively “defendants”). Jones alleges that defendants discriminated against her on the basis of *927race and age in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq.
