OPINION AND ORDER DENYING MOTION TO DISMISS AND GRANTING CHANGE OF VENUE

These matters came on to be heard upon Debtor’s motion to dismiss his case to which objections have been filed by creditors, MWP, Inc. and Calvin and Rita Chasteen, and upon creditor MWP, Ine.'s motion for change of venue to Rhode Island or Massachusetts.
