This matter is before the Court on Continental Holdings, Inc.’s (the “DIP”) motion to dismiss its chapter 11 case to which objections have been filed by the United States Trustee (“UST”), and Fowler Office Products, Inc. The UST has moved to convert the DIP’s chapter 11 case to a case under chapter 7 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b).
