GORDON, Vice Chief Justice:

At 10:33 p.m. Thursday, May 6, 1976, an anonymous caller telephoned the Scottsdale Police Department and told the dispatcher that she had information that a certain person’s life “might be in danger.” The caller refused to give her name or the source of her information and said she did not know who was to be the perpetrator.
