Appellant’s first assignment of error is based on the contention that pretrial identification procedures were so impermissibly suggestive that admission of the in-court identification violated due process of law. This contention questions the admissibility of testimony concerning Mrs. Bost’s identification of the defendant at an unrelated district court proceeding, as well as the admissibility of Mrs. Bost’s in-court identification of defendant.
