THE COURT

The plaintiff corporation is engaged in - the wholesale lumber business. Plaintiff brought this action to foreclose mechanics’- liens upon residence properties constructed by the defendant corporation as a part of a tract development. Liens were asserted against each of the residence properties and a judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiff for the foreclosure of such liens. The defendant appeals from this judgment.
