In this post-award bid protest, pending before the court are a motion by plaintiff, GeoSeis Helicopters, Inc. (“Geo-Seis”) for an award of attorneys’ fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412, and an application for an award of bid preparation and proposal costs pursuant to the Tucker Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1491(b)(2), and the court’s Judgment and Opinion and Order entered July 18, 2007.
