On June 3, 2015, H.E.B. Grocery Company, L.P. (“H.E.B.”) filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion to stay. Through this original proceeding, H.E.B. contends that the trial court abused its discretion by denying H.E.B.’s motion requesting a physical examination of the real party in interest, Daniel Rodriguez. See generally Tex. R. Crv. P. 204.1 (delineating the requirements for motions and orders pertaining to physical or mental examinations).
