The plaintiff, Patricia H. Mayfield, the commissioner of labor (commissioner), appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing for lack of subject matter jurisdiction the commissioner’s warrant application seeking to inspect the premises of the defendant, Goshen Volunteer Fire Company, Inc.
