Exceptions before judgment from Menominee; Cooper, J., presiding. Louis Setunsky was convicted of illegal fishing.

1Opinion of the CourtHooker, J.

Defendant was convicted on his plea of guilty of a violation of the fish law, and appealed to the circuit court. He was permitted to withdraw his plea of guilty, and interpose the plea of not guilty, and the trial proceeded as follows:
