This is an appeal from a judgment and decree in favor of plaintiff in an action to enjoin defendants, a labor union, its officers and certain of its members, from charging, trying and disciplining a member, plaintiff.

Prior to April 2, 1951, plaintiff-respondent, an employee of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) at Joplin, was a member of Local No. 3135, District No. 20, Communications Workers of Amexúca (C.W.
