This is a suit in equity to set aside a judgment at law on the ground it was obtained through fraud.
Gertrude Easterly and her husband were driving east on Highway 50 between Jefferson City and St. Louis when they had a head-on collision with the automobile driven by L. H. Dodd, an employee of the American Institute of Steel Construction, who was driving in the opposite direction. She brought suit for damages for personal injuries, her chief counsel being David W.
