The appellant states the “Question Involved” to be: “Is there _ sufficient real, material, pertinent and relevant evidence to support the judgment of the lower Court?”

It is alleged that the trial Judge erred in overruling the motion of the appellant for a nonsuit for that the respondent wholly failed to produce any evidence to prove that the trespass complained of was committed by her; and further, that the trial Judge erred in overruling the motions for.a direc tion of verdict in her behalf, and for judgment non obstante…
