*281 Jeanne Lund ("Wife") appeals from an equitable distribution order. For the following reasons, we affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.

I. Background

Wife and Robert Lund ("Husband") were married on 14 February 1997 and separated on 5 January 2013. Following their separation, Wife sued Husband for equitable distribution, seeking an unequal distribution of the marital estate. Husband answered and counterclaimed for equitable distribution, seeking an equal distribution of the marital estate.
