OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, TP Mechanical Contractors, Inc. ("TP Mechanical"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas denying its request for a permanent injunction and related relief against defendants-appellees, the Franklin County Board of Commissioners and its individual members ("commissioners" or "appellees"). Because we conclude that this appeal is moot, we dismiss.
