Appellant’s record of trial was referred to this Court on 27 March 1989 for review under Article 66, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 866. Assignments of error and brief have not been submitted yet, but a petition for extraordinary relief in the nature of a writ of habeas corpus was filed on June 16, 1989.
