OPINION
FARNAN, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff, Adolf Lony (“Lony”) brought this action against Defendant, E.I. du Pont de Nemours (“DuPont”) asserting nine grounds for relief, all based on alleged misrepresentations. By way of Order dated May 19, 1993, the Court granted Lony’s Motion to Amend the Complaint thereby permitting two of the stated causes of action to be removed. 1 DuPont has moved for summary judgment as to several of the Counts and partial summary judgment as to others. For the reasons discussed, DuPont’s Motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
