I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Adolf Lony, a small West German business, appeals from the dismissal by the district court of its suit in United States District Court for the District of Delaware against E.I. Du Pont de Nemours & Co., a Delaware Corporation, on grounds of forum non conveniens.
