This is an action commenced in the district Court of Rogers county by Christ Moschos against Mary M. Bayless and twelve other parties defendant by a petition filed in said court on the 15 th day of November, 1924. The plaintiff in error will- be designated as plaintiff, and the defendants in error will be designated as defendants, as they appeared in the court below. The petition contains two causes of action.
