In response to appellant’s motion for rehearing, our previous opinion is withdrawn and this opinion is substituted in its place. This appeal stems from an order granting a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict based on official immunity. Appellants, Evenor Rivas and Continental Casualty Insurance Co., present two issues for our review.
