THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon a Complaint filed by A. JAY CRISTOL, Trustee of the above-captioned Bankruptcy Estate (TRUSTEE) and a Complaint filed by a Creditor, EAGLE NATIONAL BANK, (BANK), objecting to the Debtors’ Discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2), which section requires the denial of discharge to debtors who fraudulently transfer their property prior to bankruptcy.
