Facts
The factual situation as it pertains to this objection to discharge proceeding is basically undisputed. Debtor filed a Chapter 7 petition on July 13, 1981. Prior to that time, he was engaged as a sole proprietor in the construction business. The current economic crunch convinced him to seek advice of counsel concerning the survival of the business.
