The defendants, Prank Colaccino, the Col-vest Group, Ltd., and Colvest/North Haven, LLC, 1 and the plaintiff, Location Realty, Inc., appeal and cross appeal, respectively, from the judgment of the trial court, after a bench trial, awarding the plaintiff, Location Realty, Inc., certain real estate commissions on the basis of unjust enrichment.
