Plaintiff . Slainte Investments Limited Partnership (“Slainte Investments”, or “Slainte”) a Texas limited partnership investing funds on behalf of its founder and manager Douglas Mueller, brings this diversity iaction to recover damages in connection with $719,500 it invested with Defendant John B. Jeffrey between; April 24, 2008 and December 2011.
