This appeal arises out of an action by the plaintiff to recover $100,000 given to the defendant pursuant to a real estate *472purchase and sale agreement. The plaintiff appeals an order of the Superior Court (Hollman, J.) finding that the plaintiff breached the parties’ purchase and sale agreement and that the defendant properly retained its $100,000 deposit as liquidated damages. The plaintiff argues generally that it did not breach the agreement and that, if it did, the defendant was not entitled to retain the $100,000 as liquidated damages. We affirm.
