Lincoln General Insurance Company (Lincoln General) appeals from two orders of separate Courts of Common Pleas, pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. No. 213.1, transferring a declaratory judgment action brought by Lincoln General in the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County to the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County and coordinating that action with three related tort actions.
