¶1 — Bobbi Woodward, as personal representative of the Johanna Ellwanger estate,1 appeals the trial court’s order granting partial summary judgment in favor of Hector and Nita Lopez, Trent and Michelle Herbert, and Neda Herbert (collectively the Lopezes).
