The infant plaintiff herein sustained injuries while riding as a passenger on one of the defendant’s trains. His testimony that he was thrown from the seat and that he sustained his injuries when the train made an “ unusual ” stop at the Bay Parkway station was contradicted by two. of his traveling companions, who testified that he was caused to fall when pushed by another hoy with whom he was then playing.
