State v. Robertson

This indictment charging the defendant with the murder of one John W. Koniak, Jr. was tried before a justice of the superior court sitting with a jury and resulted in a verdict of guilty of murder in the second degree. After the defendant’s motion for a new trial was denied, he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
