Plaintiff-appellant Peter Sudarsky appeals from the October 26, 2000, judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Barbara S. Jones, Judge) dismissing his complaint principally on grounds of res judicata. Sudarsky filed his complaint on October 29,1999, raising many of the allegations he prosecuted in a federal lawsuit filed in 1989 and a state court lawsuit filed in 1993.
