Vivian Hall filed a Rule 24.035 motion challenging her felony conviction for driving while intoxicated. The motion court held an evidentiary hearing and overruled Ms. Hall’s motion. Acting sua sponte, the court of appeals vacated the judgment and remanded with instructions for thé motion court to dismiss Ms. Hall’s motion as untimely. This Court granted transfer under article V, section 10 of the Missouri Constitution. The judgment of the motion court is vacated and, in accordance with Dorris v.
