Plaintiff seeks to recover the sum of $1,200, with interest from November 19, 1928, the balance of the unearned insurance premium alleged to have been paid by it to the defendant on a policy of workmen’s compensation insurance issued September 10, 1928, for a term of one year, but which was canceled by the defendant pursuant to the terms of the policy effective November 19, 1928.
