This is a suit to recover for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff Robert R. Gentry as the result of an automobile colliding with a truck operated by the défendant Sammy Gentry and owned by defendant Southeastern Fleet Leasing, Inc. in which the plaintiff and members of his family were passengers. The declaration charges negligent operation of the truck and that it was leased by Southeastern in a defective condition and without proper inspection.
