This was a suit by Harrison for himself and on behalf of other employees of G-reeneville Beady-Mix, Inc., similarly situated, brought against G-reeneville Beady-Mix, Inc., seeking a recovery for alleged unpaid minimum wages and overtime compensation, liquidated damages and attorneys’ fees.
