At the November, 1925, term of the District Court of the United States for the District of Colorado, Tony Notary, Nick Morrato, alias Nicholas Murato, Lueile Holzsweig, and Harvey R. Evans were presented by information signed by the United States attorney for that district, charging the said defendants with violation of section 21, title 2, of the Act of Congress approved October 28, 1919, known as the National Prohibition Act (Comp.
