BENAVIDES, Circuit Judge:

Appellants Precision Printing & Packaging, Inc. (“Precision”) and its parent, An- heuser-Busch Companies, Inc. (“Anheu-ser-Busch”), appeal judgments against them for intentional infliction of emotional distress and violation of Title VII. Appellant Jay Mitchell appeals a judgment against him for intentional infliction of emotional distress. We vacate the judgment against Mitchell, reverse all judgments against Precision and Anheuser-Busch, and reverse the award of attorneys’ fees.
