Plaintiff Molly Harvill (“Harvill”) brought this suit against her employer, Westward Communications (“Westward”), alleging claims for sexual harassment, constructive discharge and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and for unpaid overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.
