Where, as here, it was undisputed that the claimant and the deceased were not living together at the time of the fatal industrial accident, the burden of proof was on the claimant to establish that she was, at the time of the accident resulting in death, actually dependent wholly or partially upon the deceased. In re Konin, 69 Idaho 28, 31, 202 P.2d 239 (1949). In this *497case, the Industrial Accident Board in effeet concluded that the claimant failed to meet her burden of proving actual dependency.
