RULING ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
POLOZOLA, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the defendants’ motions for summary judgment. The Court finds that the motions should be granted.
J. Walter Company Ltd. (“Walter Ltd.”) is a Canadian corporation with its principal place of business in Quebec, Canada. Walter Ltd. is involved in the engineering, importation, distribution and sale of industrial products. Manfred Thiede was employed by Walter Ltd.
