In this appeal, we - are presented the question whether a parent corporation may be held liable for the allegedly discriminatory conduct of its subsidiary. Eight former employees of the FoxMeyer Drug Company (“FoxMeyer Drug”) were terminated as a result of a reduction-in-foree. They brought this action alleging age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34.
