Retired bargaining unit workers (“retirees”) of Indiana Steel and Wire Company (“ISW”) filed this state common law action in Indiana state court against the United Steelworkers of America, Local Union 12213 and the United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO (collectively, “Union”), as well as individual union members (“individual defendants”).
