In December, 1911, the United States filed a petition, or bill in equity, against the Keystone Watch Case Company of Pennsylvania and seven individuals, officers and *505directors of the company, charging them with violating the Anti-Trust Act of 1890. The generic charge is that the defendants—
«* * * jlave heretofore made — and the business of said corporation defendant is conducted under and in pursuance of — certain contracts, combinations, and conspiracies, in restraint of the trade and commerce among-the States and with foreign countries in filled watch cases…
